Nick Caccavella was born at St Michael’s hospital in Toronto to Italian immigrant parents, (Vittorio Caccavella & Concetta Larocca - making him a first-generation Italian Canadian. Nick’s life growing up revolved around family his mom Concetta who Nick describes as the sweetest mother on earth raised her children and teaching him how to form deep, respectful, and authentic relationships. When Nick was young, he was instilled with the love of spending time with his family each weekend with uncles, aunts & cousins they would visit & share quality time together. Nick still lives by these strong family values, putting that energy towards his four beautiful, respectful and educated children Andrea, Adriano, Marco Antonio & Nicola, who are the centre of his universe and his greatest achievement.
Nick went to Seneca College & Ryerson, studying Accounting & Finance. From there, he was introduced to sales broadcasting by the sales manager of what used to be CFMT Television (now called OMNI TV), joining their sales team in the 80s. After spending several years there, he went on to become the Vice President of Sales Marketing for Telelatino (TLN) Television, the Italian Hispanic Television Network here in Canada, in 1992. Working for a Canadian National Television Network for over 20 years allowed Nick to grow his network significantly, building business relationships with some of the top builders in the GTA. He managed to develop strong relationships with the likes of Carlo Baldassarra at Greenpark Homes a top advertiser of TLN Television . This close friendship has given Nick the ins and outs of the real estate world, and his strong connection with builders often grants him VIP Platinum Access for pre-construction projects within the GTA.
Nick developed a real passion for real estate due to these strong partnerships. He loved what he did in Sales Management and decided to bring that passion to his real estate career. Nick continues to form strong, authentic relationships with builders and clients to this day; people describe him as a determined, kind, and loving person who knows the real estate market like the back of his hand. To this day, Nick still enjoys what he does after more than ten years in real estate. He uses his enthusiasm, experience, and deeply rooted connections to provide clients with the best possible purchasing and selling experience. His favourite part of his job and what drives him to get up every morning with vim and vigour are the smiles on people's faces when they purchase a home or condo, especially if they are first-time homebuyers or the growth of their family. He believes that sharing the excitement of these milestones with his clients is inexplainable. He hopes to share many more memories like these for years to come!
